Excellent location, helpful staff, huge breakfast, high-quality facilities. Lovely peaceful and beautiful location, comfortable beds, spacious room with lake view. Spotlessly clean with unexpected attention to detail.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel on Maschsee lake. It was just a short distance away from the city center, which was perfect for exploring, but also provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The view from my window was stunning, overlooking the serene lake. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I could ask for including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a television. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, speaking English fluently which made communication a breeze. I also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant, where I had delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The wide selection of food options made it easy to find something to suit my taste.

I have to admit, the price charged for my stay was a bit steep. However, despite this minor drawback, I still recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with the Maschsee lake right next door. I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace by the lake, and it was also within walking distance to the downtown district where there were plenty of nice restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the nice working place and desk in the room, convenient for me to get some work done. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great opinions and tourist assistance. The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. the hotel facilities and staff exceeded my expectations and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, especially since I was traveling with my pet. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. Waking up to that view in the morning was a treat. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I was even pleasantly surprised to find a note by the housekeeping under the bed assuring me that they clean every corner, including there. The hotel also has a lovely terrace right on the lake, and despite being near the Hannover 96 stadium, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the food was fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed using the fitness room.

The price. It was quite high, and even though I had to cut my stay short by one day and informed them at check-in, they still charged me for the fourth day.

The hotel's location directly on the lake provides a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the scenic surroundings and even go for a jog around the lake in the mornings. The restaurant in the hotel offers a simple menu, allowing guests to have a convenient dining option right at their doorstep.

The housekeeping service was not up to par, with towels not being changed and amenities not being replenished.
